DRAFT — PENDING LEGAL REVIEW
These terms govern the use of vacuumos.com (the “Website”) and the request-for-quotation (RFQ) submission process operated by Vacuumos d.o.o. (“Vacuumos,” “we,” “us”). Actual order terms, including delivery, payment, and warranty conditions, are governed by the individual quote acceptance and purchase order agreed upon between Vacuumos and the customer.
The Website provides a quotation and file upload platform for industrial FDM 3D printing services. Submitting an RFQ through the Website is not a binding order. Orders are confirmed only upon written quote acceptance and, where applicable, successful payment.
Files uploaded to the Website remain the intellectual property of the uploader. Vacuumos does not claim ownership of uploaded files. Files are used solely for the purpose of preparing quotes, providing engineering feedback, and fulfilling confirmed orders. Vacuumos will not share, reproduce, or distribute uploaded files to third parties.
All uploaded files and project details are treated as confidential business information. Files are stored securely using encrypted storage and access is limited to Vacuumos engineering and production staff. A formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is available upon request.
Vacuumos produces parts using Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) technology. Parts are manufactured according to the specifications provided by the customer (material, geometry, quantity). Vacuumos provides Design-for-Manufacturing (DFM) feedback as a courtesy service but does not certify parts for specific engineering applications. Fitness for a particular purpose, including structural, safety-critical, or regulatory compliance, remains the responsibility of the customer.
Vacuumos’s liability for any claim arising from the use of this Website or its services is limited to the value of the specific order in question. Vacuumos is not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages, including but not limited to lost profits, production delays, or costs arising from reliance on DFM feedback.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court in Osijek, Croatia.
Vacuumos reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
