Electronics manufacturing constraints

  • PETG ESD surface resistivity varies with print temperature. Specify target resistance range.
  • PA-CF soldering fixtures: verify HDT exceeds peak process temperature for your soldering profile.
  • Threaded insert bosses for electronics enclosures: design ID 0.2 mm undersized for heat-set installation.
  • ESD component trays: wall thickness affects charge dissipation rate. Minimum 1.5 mm for PETG ESD.
