2. Data We Collect

Contact form submissions: name, email address, company name, message content.

RFQ wizard submissions: name, email address, company name, phone number, uploaded CAD files, and part configuration data (material, quantity, layer height).

Automatically collected: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL (via Vercel Analytics).

Payment data: payment information is processed directly by Stripe Inc. We do not store credit card numbers or full payment details on our systems.

3. Purpose of Processing

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • Responding to contact form inquiries (legal basis: legitimate interest)
  • Preparing and delivering quotes based on your RFQ submissions (legal basis: pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
  • Processing orders and payments (legal basis: contract performance, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
  • Website analytics to improve our service (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)

4. Data Sharing

We share data with the following processors, solely for the purposes described above:

  • Stripe Inc. — payment processing
  • Vercel Inc. — website hosting and analytics
  • Sentry (Functional Software Inc.) — error monitoring (anonymized data only)
  • Cloudflare Inc. — file storage (uploaded CAD files)

We do not sell personal data. We do not share data with advertisers or marketing platforms.

5. Data Retention

  • Contact inquiries: 24 months from submission
  • Order records: 10 years (Croatian tax law requirement)
  • Analytics data: anonymized, no personal identifiers retained beyond 26 months
  • Uploaded CAD files: retained for the duration of the business relationship, deleted upon request

6. Your Rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data (Art. 15)
  • Rectify inaccurate data (Art. 16)
  • Request erasure of your data (Art. 17)
  • Restrict processing (Art. 18)
