IoT enclosure design constraints

Antenna windows should account for material dielectric properties. ASA and PETG are RF-transparent; PA-CF is not.
IP-rated enclosures: gasket groove design must account for FDM dimensional variance (±0.3 mm).
Battery compartment enclosures require ventilation provisions per applicable safety standards.
Cable gland boss dimensions should allow for ±0.2 mm tolerance on internal diameter.
